I found this bike the other day sitting next to a dumpster. Can't wait to start on it. I'm thinking yellow with a new white seat.

New Projects coming soon.
I have done so many projects lately in my house and I just haven't found the time to post them. My master is almost finished, minus a few things. Here's a sneak peek at what's to come. (I blocked out the lamp shade because this lamp is not staying and the shade on this one is hideous).

McKai's Room
Here is McKai's room. I've gathered things to put in her room and used things that I already had. I spent about $120 on all the things I added to what I had. First off, here is a crib that I found on the side of the road. It was in good shape and had a FREE sign on it. I bought some missing screws and replaced one of the wooden slats for about $5. Then spray painted it for $12 (2 cans white primer and 2 cans white spray paint). Good as new. I had a mattress that was given to us from Chance's brother.
Here it is now. I think it looks pretty good for being $17. I made the bedding from mostly discounted fabric and it cost me $22. The foam inserts I had from other projects so I just cut the sizes I needed. The green fabric was the only fabric not on clearance, I had to have it though.
I made 1 long side and 2 short for the bumper. I realized she doesn't need the 2 end pieces and I can connect those together to make a long for right now. Then, when we convert it to a toddler bed, I can take the short pieces put them on the sides and not have to store the long piece that won't be used. Smart, huh?
...or maybe just because I'm lazy, I don't know.
Gotta love the sock monkey. It's my favorite.
Oh and don't tell McKai; the Froggy Rocker is going to be her B-day gift.
The dresser I had redone. I bought it for $65 and the handles were $10. I had the brown paint already. The curtains I made about 2 years ago when I decorated this room.
My side of the room. It's my sewing desk that I got for free. I made the magnet board a while back from the extra fabric from the curtains. The clock was a wedding gift. The stool I got from a garage sale for $2. I made the brown shelf on top of the desk out of scrap wood I had. The M was a gift from Chance's mom.
Here is the toy shelf. I had the shelf from a few years ago and just added the bins that I got on clearance at Joann's for like $1 each.
Ok, don't be mad anymore.
I have been extremely bust lately and have done quite a few projects but haven't posted and some people are asking why I don't post them. Well, here is one wedding gift I did for our friend. Sorry I took a pic in the car because I had forgotten to before we left. I liked it, but I really hope they do. I'm concerned because I don't know the girl, just the guy and I hope it's her style.

Just changing the function
I had bought this at Ross to hang all of my earrings from. I just don't think it's going to go in my new room so I decided to change it up.
